Family and friends of hit-and-run victim Kevin McCoy, after a five-year wait, will find out Wednesday if the state thinks McCoy's death in Waupaca County was more than a hit-and-run. The state attorney general's office will release a statement Wednesday afternoon concerning the case against Rory Kuenzi, 25, of Weyauwega.
