Worlds berth helps put curling on map in Latvia

Latvia's short list of curling accomplishments is getting longer. The Baltic country of approximately 2.2 million people had never qualified for a world championship at any level until this year when Iveta Stasa-Sarsune guided her Jelgava-based team to 11th place at the European B championship.
