Too much coddling for these jerks. This is what we get from not being able to stop the bad behavior. Act like an ass, get your butt handed back 2 you from the neighbors, your mom, the teacher. that was the old way, AND IT WORKED.
today the moms are too lazy to teach respect.

simple fix
take the public school component out of the
real estate tax bill

the rest is your problem

you would think with all the billions that daley spent on cameras and gun shot detectors that
enforcement would follow

the anticipated happened

"Disruptive kids?" That's an understatement, given what happened to poor Derrion Albert. A better term would be common ghetto thugs.

When you take these Illegal Drugs out of these ghettos,we have a better chance of helping these children. When a child grows up around parents high on Drugs, what do you expect. When the child see his mother/father(who is hardly in their lives) strung out on drugs, delusional and running around seaching for their next fix; what do you/we expect. C'mon ppl wake up. Putting more money into these nieborhoods is not the solution because of the corruption. We need to secure our Borders/minimize the drugs infesting our nieborhoods/and educate. Fax,email,Phone our representatives/Secure our Freaken borders. The drug Cartel is infesting our Nation.

Liberals won't take responsibility for anything.
Kids will act up as soon as they are out of their parents sight ... always have. It is up to the adults in charge to discipline them ... You can't expect parents 5 miles away to do it.
Schools get children at age 4 ... and they can't teach them to behave while in school before they get to be 12? Naw ... they can't even teach them to count ... or spell.

Vouchers for all children ... now.
Public schools are inept.

Irregardless of race, sex, social-economic status, religion, etc., the fact remains that there are individuals who choose evil over righteousness and acceptable behavior aside from the Bell Curve of their existence; thus, society needs to step up and make the hard decisions. When you factor in drugs, alcohol, poor pre-natal planning, weapons, corruption, an entitlement mentality generated by misled government and community activists, the failure in the school system, negative influences (like gansta rap; glorification of power; age-old senseless animosities/prejudices, disrespect; greed; etc.), you compound the situation. These are all things that can be managed/controlled unlike unwieldy occurrences (i.e., natural disasters, illness, accidents, etc.) which are out of man’s control. Those children, who are robbed of their childhood and in the position of making adult choices, need to be forewarned.
Study and learn from History but don’t dwell on that which was negative, shameful, unproductive, and/or immoral (a waste of human endeavor.) Move on, challenge yourself, and strive to improve. Millions (of taxpayers’ and others’ resources) are exhausted trying to reach the criminal and unsophisticated; however, in countless instances this is impossible. A LOT OF THE NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES RESULT FROM POOR CHOICES MADE BY IMMATURE MINDS; hence, unless you are mentally deficient, no one can force you to take drugs or alcohol, or to respond in violence, or to have sex that results in poor breeding, etc. If someone forcibly does so, they should be relentlessly pursued and removed from society (sans any amenities/contacts - perhaps even sterilized) so as not to prey (in many instances, repeatedly) on the innocent. Again, for order and cohesive existence as well as for the positive advancement of mankind/environment, some hard verdicts must be made (such as, perhaps temporarily preventing conception for the clueless with a reversible procedure.) That’s a concept that could possibly thwart generational and historical repetition of negative outcomes; additionally, it holds the probability of causing one to be more reflective in his/her choices down the line.
From my past posts: No matter where the crimes are committed, these are cruel, irresponsible, ignorant, and immature individuals perpetrating them. Pathetically, many of the perpetrators are children (or child-like adults) whose civil rights to be born into a stable, self-solvent, responsible, and nurturing environment have been usurped by policies that ENABLE rather than protect. These sad individuals, who victimize others, probably should not have been conceived and consequently, many lack ability levels to process their impulsive or otherwise thoughtless actions. Too many were not brought up to respect and appreciate life. They are void of conscience, self-control, reflection, compassion, principles, etc. They are naive in virtue and to the norms of law and order; thus, responding/reacting in a less than civilized or productive fashion. They exhibit an absence of that which makes a human being (namely, the ability to make judgments inherent in an “intellect” and a “free will.”) This is a fact which would most likely be confirmed by an aptitude/achievement assessment and background report. The mindless mass-reproduction of such clones is inexcusable.
Until we address these issues in depth, expect the “same old...same behavior” to continue and spread. Teachers/students – use this as a basis for dialogue. If necessary, take the time to interpret the meaning herein in this discourse. Legislators, parents, taxpayers, et al - What are your thoughts? Surely, someone reads the newspapers/Internet News/blogs who can debate this, consider constructive alternatives, and/or is in a position to make an impact other than the ineffective talk that’s been “marching” around for years, filling our prison systems, allowing unnecessary death and destruction, and costing us dearly.

hell black cops and deputies have been beating the sh^t out of black people for years there! you need police that are not raised in chicago or il the same with teachers and as far the teachers union (the two top union officials) they were fighting each other over how much they spent on dinners and parties and one one went to prison for stealing!
