On the flip side, the market moved above 9000 again on the strength of new home sales, blah, blah, blah.

It is absolutely incredible that two contradictory articles can be published on the same day. One would think that the right hand and left hand are operating independently.

Of course it's not working. None of the plans that he has put into place are working. He is a failure. I'm sure health care, passed or not, will be another failure on his time.

Let me shed a little light on what we need to do: NOT GIVE TARP MONEY TO BANKS THAT WON'T LEND! We keep throwing money at these banks, then they turn around and say that they're not going to lend it out because of new regulations?!?!?! This is insane!

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Virgo

Someone is being headstrong and wilful, and absolutely determined to do what they want. Mercury is retrograde and it's a Full Moon in Cancer with a lunar eclipse all happening tonight! This could lead to some heated discussions and possibly even rows, as you argue the toss back and forth. It might be best to accept that there's very little possibility of reaching an agreement rather than to get locked in a stubborn battle of wills. Besides, you don't want anything to spoil what promises to be a very enjoyable New Year's Eve. Have fun!
