Concert Announcements: Jay-Z and The Subdudes
A couple strangely grouped show announcements today. First, the jam train continues to roll through Broward with The Subdudes scheduled to play Culture Room on January 30.
You've probably heard of the band 3 Twins, though you may not know it. Born out of the breakup of the Subdudes in the late 1990s, 3 Twins emerged on the Colorado music scene because, to put it simply, some guys just like to play.

One of my favorite groups of the 60s and 70s is The Band. I love their music and I loved how they defied the psychedelic times by wearing clothes out of the 19th century and singing songs about the Civil War.
