Eddie, who moved to Penarth from Swansea at the age of 9, is currently a member of The New Mastersounds -a band he co-founded over 10 years ago - and has just released their sixth studio album named Ten Years On.

Three generations of funk are set to converge at this year's Bear Creek Music & Art Festival Nov.13-15 at the beautiful Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park, voted "Florida's Best Live Music Venue" by readers of Florida Monthly Magazine earlier this year.

On Thursday the New Mastersounds will open a brief three-city Italian tour. Then the U.K.-based group will set their sights on the U.S. for their final run through the country of 2009.

It's accomplished! Germany's biggest club festival and the new international communication platform for the creative industries, the Reeperbahn Festival and the Reeperbahn Campus, have finally taken place in Hamburg - Northern Europe's Capital of Music.
