Posting the story that the church is supporting the marriage amendment to become part of the California Constitution has nothing to do with being against gay people. Marriage is between a man and a woman. We were created to be together. Just because some people want gender to be neutral doesn’t mean that marriage has to be neutral also. This is not only a religious issue—it is a societal issue which means children have the best lives when they are raised in an environment with a man as their father and a woman as their mother. This is the standard—deviating from the standard is not good for society. It is too bad that there is a fight about how marriage is defined. It doesn’t have to be a fight.
But the definition of marriage is worth fighting for when it involves the foundation of our country, Home is the heart and foundation of America. It is worth preserving.

Maggie Gallagher in Townhall gave this “Prediction: Californians are going to surprise the elites and the progressive mythmakers by joining the 27 other states (from Oregon to Wisconsin) that have voted to protect marriage as between husband and wife.
We're here, we believe in marriage, get used to it.”

Marriage is a wonderful institution which enriches the country. It is not a right it is an institution—only those who qualify should be allowed to enter into the bonds of marriage--A man and a woman.
