Brandi Carlile to play the Westcott Theater in Syracuse
A cool touch of Seattle will settle down upon the Westcott Nation on Jan. 28. Brandi Carlile will bring her guitar and voice for an 8 p.m. show at the Westcott Theater in Syracuse.
