Actress in custody battle with porn star

Our country has repeatedly taken the wrong side on child custody cases. This should not even be in the courts. Lindemulder should have had her rights terminated 5 years ago. The people she has chosen to be around included men that have no distinction between whore and female. All females are just items to be trashed. Her daughter isn't only in danger of the men but of her mother, who is an oportunist and liar adept at manipulation. She is now using her own daughter to get what she wants, attention and money. Was the father an idiot? or was he another mark for Lindemulder? The child's best interest is served with Sandra Bullock as her step- mother and custodial parent.

While I am concerned about the childs welfare, where has it been proven that because she is a porn star that makes her a bad parent? Is she a danger to the child. Does she seperate that from her family life?
Sandra Bullock is my favorite female actress. However, she is not the real mother and unless she can prove that the child is somehow being harmed the mother should always have her rights no matter how bad her career choice.

if you want to see if shes a good parent go see the early seasons of jesse's reality show, they (james/ Lindemulder and kids) are in the show. make your own choice.

Being a biological mother does not mean she's the BEST mother...have you ever heard of being a good example??? she was in JAIL for tax evasion...nevermind her terrible career choice...she should have to prove she's a GOOD mother...

If Jesse james such a good person, then why did he leave his wife and kids for Sandra Bullock, I enjoy some of Sandra movies, but being a good actress do not mean you are good mother. I feel that both parties sure share joint custody, please remember Lindemulder is the child mother and I believe she love her child. Whatever she did has nothing to do with how she cares for her child, this may help her get her life in order,who are we to judge.
