Despite the 44 years since My Girl ruled the airwaves, the Temptations choreography and harmonies still impress.

It's not everyday audience members have the opportunity to experience American music history in the flesh.

Otis Williams says that after two successful covers collections, the Temptations are looking forward to record an R&B album of all-new compositions.

When Otis Williams and Abdul "Duke" Fakir decided to go into the music business, neither one expected their respective groups to last forever.

Even after almost 50 years in the music business, Otis Williams of the Temptations doesn't take anything for granted.

They charged $85 a ticket for a New Year's Eve bash featuring the Temptations at Skokie's North Shore Center for the Performing Arts.
