Epic Games, makers of Gears of War and the Unreal Engine, announced today that they have acquired game developer Chair Entertainment.

The case was heard last month in New York, and a decision is expected soon on whether the Lexicon -- which is based on a popular website of the same name -- is in fact copyright infringement. via The Globe and Mail
