Spend Halloween Night with The Hard Lessons
Let's hope Augie Visocchi doesn't have the gift of the reverse jinx. Calling on the phone a good hour after the appointed interview time, the guitarist/singer for Detroit's Hard Lessons is sleepy and apologetic while explaining that the previous night's gig in Lansing had gone far, far better than he or his bandmates had expected.
Three bands are set to perform at The House Cafe, 263 E. Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, this weekend.
Chicago rock band Oh My God returns to Central Iowa to perform Friday, Sept. 11 at 9 p.m. at the Bali Satay in Ames.
