OJ Simpson Won't Be Released Pending Appeal

ha, ha! As if he thought he was soo special to be let out on bail. NOT He will die in prison. Woo, hoo!

Though I am pessimistic that it will do any good, Simpson probably needs to divorce himself from his present handlers, because these that he seems to have so much faith in can't help him. In order for Simpson to begin to dig his way up and out of this dungeon he's got to allow the whole truth to be told regarding evidence that he knows has been concealed from the public. He should go back to Doc Johnson and his OMIG investigators and allow them to publicly disclose the concealed evidence that should have freed OJ long ago from this purgatory. Instead, he now sits in jail more because of a mass hysteria that he has allowed to become pervasive throughout America, that he was guilty of the 1994 murders, when in truth he was not, by following the instructions of his present handlers, Galanter and all. Until Simpson begins to assert publicly, knowledge of government suppression of exculpatory evidence, a charge of this concealment causing mass hysteria via the media, including the judge and prosecutor in his Nevada case he, unfortunately, will probably remain in prison for the full 9 yards.

The most reasonable assumtion so far based on everything that has happened in the Las Vegas trial of the Brentwood Butcher is he will be in prison the nine years and then not get paroled the first or second time up for a hearing either. Nevada is getting the score settled from his murder acquittal but of course they dare not allude to this for fear of being accused of same. The major mistake in his Vegas trial was the stupid failure of his lawyer to forbid him from taking the stand. The Brentwood Butcher is very eloquent and has an appeal that may well have helped him out with the jury had he been allowed to testify even in spite of a cross by the prosecution. Hearing his plea to the judge after his conviction and just prior to sentencing was a fine example of his eloquence as it was rather moving, yet did very little good. The judge was harsh living up to her reputation. Galanter made a huge error in this decision. The Brentwood Butcher may well die right where he is. At 62, I am predicting at least 15 years for him to serve, so that's 77, and that's a very long time to survive in a prison home away from home. Thank you.

It was ignorant people that believed OJ got framed in 1994. It was an ignorant jury that felt the double murder trial was about racism, and not about the evidence presented before them. It is an ignorant OJ that believes he is above the law and can do anything he wants.

Nevada is not that left wing wacko loving state known as California! Just the facts in Nevada, not the spin.

I've never heard any of the jurors make any of the statements based on the accusations that you've made above. Even though the female jurors have publicly said and even authored a book stating that their decision was not based upon any racial inclination is not adequate enough for you to accept. Without knowing the background on any of these African-American women you are determined to put words and thoughts in their minds regardless of their own collectively stated position. The Brentwood Butcher is in prison now for life as his appeal bail has been denied and in my opinion will definitely not be granted parole his first or second time around after the initial nine years is up. The LA jury from his first trial is still trying to cash in on books and movies just like Judge Ito, but not much has been gained from it. They have zero credibility. OJ finally realized he can't get away with all the crimes of his past and now even his closest family and friends are beginning to accept that. They have slowed down on visits, can't stand the smell of the Lovelock jail and are in a big fight to get power of attorney for his money of over $300K a year. The Brentwood Butcher has lost some weight and is having meetings with Nevada Prisons as to whom he will have to share a cell with. They try for some compatibility. Black and white TVs from China and no cable make life hard in that horrble place. The food is cold and everything comes with applesauce and saltines, juice or milk. Basically this is torture to the Buther who has had a life of sushi and filet braised rare on the grill with sourdough and cabernet and all the ladies he desired. He will not make it to 72 in this system, but when you slice, stab and slash up two innocent people what must you expect. Hertz is still in pain from the lost of the charismatic, shinning star who dashed through airports and patios, but of course for very different reasons. One thing, though, you don't go to Las Vegas brandishing loaded pistols around a hotel room and then tell the Judge you were just trying to get your stuff back. See what he got this time. Its indeed a sad, sad day for a man who literally had the world around his finger to use a Sinatra phrase, not to mention Nicole or Ron. Thank You.

What constitutes credibility, Frank? Every Tom, Dick, and Harry who thought they knew something about the Simpson trial tried to "cash in" by writing a book; 239 titles at last count. So stop lying on the jurors or even judge Ito and trying to make them appear like major opportunists. None of them have attempted to shamelessly sell books or be on every TV show like Vincent Bugliosi, who wasn't an investigator, nor even a deputy D.A. in this matter. None have squeezed out $4.5 million dollar book advances like retired DDA Marcia Clark, and then tried to come back to the well for another multimillion dollar advance for a nothing-ass 2nd book. So please give me a break! As far as Las Vegas was concerned, if Simpson was carrying a tooth pick as an alleged weapon chances were he was going to be overcharged in Nevada. The judges over there are no different than any other human beings anywhere else that were beguiled, brainwashed, and sucked in by this fradulent mock "trial of the century". Ron and Nicole's nefrarious involvements with sordid people that were dealing in narcotics, Ron being a reckless, arrogant, and carefree type guy who failed to pay debts, as well as being a probable snitch, is probably the most likely reason that got them both taken out. OJ Simpson was 30 thousand feet in the air when these murders occurred and LA law enforcement knew it and hid this information from the world. The truth will ultimately catch up to them though, it usually always does in the end. Now whether Simpson will be around to see it is another matter because he knew better and yet he stuck his head in the lion's mouth.

Lovelock Correctional Center I'll bet has less stench than that flop house, rat's den, you live in. This joint is barely 10 years old, a low to medium security facility. Stop fantasizing, that James Cagney, Humphrey Bogart ****. OJ Simpson is still in a protected custody environment and will probably be in a one man cell for awhile because of liability issues that hang over the State of Nevada should they act recklessly in regard to his protection. The Brentwood Butcher is in for life. NO parole board will have the guilluinees to vote for his release under any circumstances. The heat would be overwhelming. Thanksgiving and Christmas in his cell, no golf, no women, no friends no drinks and cocaine. Life in a lock up with a cell mate is the most miserable way a man can live and adding to it being from Miami it ain't pretty - no palm trees and bikinis. When you butcher innocent folk you have to pay the butcher and you have to stop running through airport terminals and making movies and riding around in your used Bentley - its the reality of life part that makes it all real. OJ lovers you can drive out to Lovelace and take him some cookies and cakes.

What crime did he commit in Las Vegas .. Disturbing the Peace,$150 fine

This stooge Vegas judge will be writing a book somewhere down the line .. believe she has Hollywood ties and was a former radio talk show host .. that show trial was something right out of N Korea
