It was an unlikely gathering place for musicians of such high caliber. This smooth jazz superband couldn've packed any outdoor festival with a crowd of 25,000. But tonight we were all huddled into the auditorium of Foran High School in Milford, Connecticut.

Before the HarborPark Jazz and Blues Festival audience settles in to enjoy headliner and legendary pianist Alex Bugnon and special guest Nelson Rangell, they will be dancing, singing and clapping their hands to some electrifying salsa, soulful blues and melodic big band music at the annual lakefront festival.
