Judge wants arbitrator chosen soon in producer's suit against actor

Good luck finding an honest and neutral arbitrator, one is not likely to be found and there are no consequences to the arbitrator when it becomes discovered that there was an agenda or relationships that should have been disclosed as promised by ADR contract. You effectively have no recourse.
