Screen Daily Announces Another Indy Film for Macfadyen

Screen Daily reports exclusively that Matthew Macfadyen will again team with indy director Ben Hopkins, who directed him in the broadly internationally produced indy "Epic". Matthew is said to play a downtrodden English school teacher who takes a side-job for quick cash, escorting a coffin from Turkey. The "everyday-man" farse is expected to film next year.

Ripper Street Series 2 Filming

Series two of the co produced BBC America/BBC series and BAFTA-nominated 'Ripper Street' commences filming this week in Dublin, Ireland. Reports indicate the first scenes shot at the Natural History Museum in Dublin on Merrion Street.

Filming for series 2 will continue through 31 August. Plot twists and story-lines are sure to entertain as well as a fine acting ensemble with Matthew Macfadyen playing lead as Detective Inspector Edmund Reid.
