For years, the Kentucky State Fair has dedicated one of its free concerts in Cardinal Stadium to a vintage rock 'n' roll revue, with a handful of performers from the 1960s and '70s digging up bones.

These country legends on the "Country Gold Tour 2008" will perform many number one hits from their southern albums at this free concert that is sure to draw a big crowd.

Singer/songwriter Leroy Van Dyke was best known for penning the country novelty standard "The Auctioneer" and the country-pop smash "Walk on By," his biggest hit.

The 2008 Missouri State Fair Pepsi Grandstand concert tickets go on sale Saturday.
