Laci's mom outraged over Scott Peterson's blog

If it is true that Scott has access to the internet (I have heard he does and also that he doesn't), I think that is an outrage. Sharon has every right to be angry if the man that murdered her family is allowed to "talk" to people out in the world.

No, it's absolutely not true. He has his groupies post for him. His family is probably also involved in it. If idiots are sending him money for his defense, I hope Mrs. Rocha goes after it. He can't claim he is indigent and have all this cash coming in from suckers.

WHO would send him a dime? I canNOT understand that! If he is so obviously INNOCENT, why would it take all this time and money to prove it? Just give your PROOF to the proper people and let him out.....lol

I do believe he can get snail mail out---and help with the posting in that way......I just don't understand that....

Well, I do believe that..lol...but if there is all this absolute proof to exonerate him, why is he on death row? I have read a couple sites that have all this information about why his conviction is totally wrong and I wonder why it wasn't presented at trial. But then again, many of "their" theories were presented at trial and made no sense.

He should just sit in his cell and look at a picture of laci,all day and night!!!!!!!!!!

the trial was a sham. yes i have read a lot of the transcripts and saw no evidence that scott killed lacy just a mountain of nothing but emotions and a totality of nothing.

Anyone know of any upcoming court dates for Scott's appeal...chances are they ares till FAR down the road and I doubt they will ever amount to anything.....though I agree he is entitled to them.

What I don't understand is why Scott or Entwistle, these brave men that murder women and children, are not brave enough to proclaim their innocence on the witness stand? What are they afraid of if they are innocent?

It's only been about 3 years since he was sentenced to death and it usually takes anywhere from 4 to 7 years to find an atty to handle the appeal. After they appoint one, it will take about 10 years before the briefing is finished, oral argument heard, and the court publishes an opinion. The only real court date will be the oral argument. In cases like this, the defense merely wants to delay the date of execution as long as possible. They know he will never walk free. Unlike the members of his fan club who are delusional, they are realists.

I agree....I do not understand some of these die-hard supporters of Scott Peterson. My main question is ....then how did Laci & Conner end up in the bay?? Coincidence? Please.

Further, I would think one would rather send their money towards starving children, a political campaign, the homeless or any other cause than the lying, cheating SOB that is Scott Peterson.

This guy lied, lied, lied to everyone. Romanced his girlfriend while his pregnant wife had been missing for weeks and could have been dead in a ditch. And meanwhile he's carrying on long-winded love chat with Amber telling her he will take care of her forever. I think anybody listening to those transcripts of Scott talking to Amber could very clearly see where Scott's frame of mind was. And it was not on Laci.

I posted on a blog that had it all figured out---the exonerating evidence and proof of why Scott was not treated fairly......they believe Conner was PLACED on the shore and had been "kept" somewhere until that time...in order to frame Scott. Lot more is there. It was a discussion blog until comments made were in disagreement with the blog owner's...and I think her and I were the only ones posting! She closed the comments....now all you can do is read "their" theories on why Scott is falsely imrisoned.

It's very amusing how they "think" someone would keep decomposing bodies stashed somewhere, just waiting for the right time to CAREFULLY place them in a vehicle, drive down to the marina, carefully carry the decomposing body down to the shoreline, and place it there, leaving no forensic evidence, just to frame little ole' Scott Peterson. And we would have to assume they planted BOTH bodies right? So did they make two trips? Did they do them both in one day?
Were their intentions when THEY kidnapped and killed Laci AND Conner, that they would be framing her husband? Or did they just decide after the fact? Why go thru all that? Why not just toss the bodies in dumpster? In a ditch? In a field? Who keeps decomposing bodies lying around till they decide what to do with them? You kill somebody, you get rid of the body ASAP. The whole scenerio is just plain stupid

Not to mention that the decomposed bodies (mostly Laci's) had evidence of the fish, etc. consuming her body.

It is interesting to me how some people will go to extreme measures to overlook fact, logic, and common sense in favor of fantasical, ludicrous theories. Not to mention all of the other pieces of this case: Scott wooing his girlfriend while his wife is missing, Scott being found days after their bodies are found in a newly purchased vehicle loaded to the brim with camping stuff, clothes and $15,000. Along with his newly blonde hair.

When you really deconstruct this case piece by piece, it doesn't take a lot of brains to add it all up to the one and only person who committed this horrific crime.

Oh---Scott was not running when he was picked up with all that stuff in the car and the map to Amber's workplace.....lol

THing is ------I AGREE with them that Conner's body was preserved somewhere until it ended up on the shore. BUT I believe it was preservved inside his own mother's body until she decomposed to the point of not being able to contain it any longer.....then he floated to shore, followed by Laci.

And BTW------I asked why Scott was researching the tides before the murders.......the answer was >because he was going to fish there<.....YIKES!

Scott Peterson is a classless, lying, sneaking, loathesome, deceiving, good-for-nothing piece of crap. Bet his days at San Quentin are far from the womanizing, golf-playing, leisurely days he imagined he'd be having once he got rid of Laci and Connor. Jerk. I hope he never has a peaceful moment ever again for the rest of his unnatural life.

Thing is Claire----and this is strictly my opinion........I believe Scott probably does feel peace. I believe a person must have a conscience to feel troubled or guilt..........It still amazes me why he, and also Entwistle, did not jump the defense table to get on that witness stand! I wouldn't care WHAT my attorney said....I'd demand to declare my innocence. It certainly wouldn't have HURT either of those men or made them look any worse........JMHO

Rocha Supporter, you are probably right, unfortunately. He is probably sitting smugly behind those bars, full knowing what he did, and still pitying himself because he truly does feel victimized. He's just upset that he got caught. Laci was adorable, it's such a shame.

He was certainly, from all reports, a spoiled child that could do no wrong. Didn't his mother think the affair with Amber was just boys being boys and make excuses for even THAT? I'd have a lot more respect for her if she had thought even THAT was a huge deal!! I can understand a mother standing up for her child....but when they do wrong ADMIT IT, don't make excuses...then one day when they are big boys they won't think life is disposable and they can get away with "anything".

A lesson for all of us parents IMO.....NO ONE is perfect and everyone should "pay the piper" right from the start.
