In very sad news, basketball legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar announced this week he had an incurable form of cancer.
This one goes out to Kareem Abdul Jabbar, the sky hook progenitor and worthy foe to Moses Malone back in the day born Lew Alcindor who announced on Tuesday he's suffering from a rare form of leukemia that, strangely, is known as Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia.
