Eighteen hours after the first night of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's 25th anniversary bash ended with Bruce Springsteen leading an all-star chorus through " Higher and Higher," the second night commenced with Jerry Lee Lewis doing a solo rendition of "Great Balls of Fire." Afterwards, just for good measure, he knocked over his piano bench.
