"OAP" threw me. So I googled it. Hah, must mean "old age pensioner." It could be a pleasant or unpleasant term.
Despite the typical Hollywood pro-softening of what homos do, it was a fairly good movie. Despite the homo theme itself, the character of Jack Nicholson as a workaholic writer was rather good. And the appearance of two of the movie producers as actors was quite good! No-one has mentioned this in a critical writeup. One briefly played the writer's psychiatrist. Another played a medical doctor very well. In all, the supporting cast roles were excellent. |
