"Due to the political and economical instability in Ukraine, administration of the 10th International Competition for Young Pianists in Memory of Vladimir Horowitz has decided to postpone the contest, which was scheduled for April 23 - May 5," the competition's director-general Yurii Zilberman told The Day.
