None hurt in Concord apartment fire

Around 2 p.m., dispatchers shared initial reports of light smoke from a two-story building in the 1000 block of Oak Grove Road, Contra Costa County Fire Protection District battalion chief George Laing said. Crews arrived to find heavy smoke from one apartment and were able to enter and knock down flames within 30 minutes, Laing said.
