Museum looks at making of WGN doc

It's almost too meta, as a making-of documentary about a making-of documentary about three fondly remembered local TV series: "Bozo's Circus," "Garfield Goose" and "Ray Rayner & Friends." Yet it's nonetheless ...

A future classic? Remember the Night' gets new life

What's your favorite Christmas movie? Bet you said "It's a Wonderful Life," or "Miracle on 34th Street," or one of the umpteen versions of Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol." Although I have a soft spot for the original "Miracle on 34th Street," my favorite Christmas movie is more obscure - at least until now.

Media Room: DVD & Blu-ray reviews

This movie has an intriguing premise - a reclusive self-help guru turns out to be as much of a seeker as his fans - and two talented actors , yet it was never released in local theaters, probably because it feels almost as lost as its central character.

Some dialogue from "Too Many Husbands" , as Melvyn Douglas and Fred MacMurray get on each others' nerves: Melvyn Douglas: All right, spell "Pithecanthropus erectus." Fred MacMurray: Why? Melvyn Douglas: Because I say you can't. Jean Arthur: Is that right? Melvyn Douglas: Yes.
