Attention, 'Gathering' fans: You can now get a copy
For years now -- both here at the newspaper and when I worked at a video store -- I've heard from many people who wanted to get ahold of a copy of an obscure but much-loved holiday film called The Gathering .
Things are looking "Up" on Blu-ray and DVD
The biggest animated film of the year Up is now available in Blu-ray and DVD. Disney/Pixar continues to go where no other animation studio would dare follow.
Within the first 10 minutes, I was already tearing up at perhaps the best elapsed time sequence in a cartoon that I have ever seen.
