By BRIAN FERGUSON A HOST of new additions to the line-up of Edinburgh's Hogmanay celebrations is unveiled today a ' as organisers confirmed plans for a scaled-down celebration this year.

By FIONA SHEPHERD THE Codeine Velvet Club first convened publicly less than two weeks ago in a former porn cinema off Argyle Street in Glasgow.
