Arcade Fire, "Reflektor" It meanders a little too much to pack the punch of 2010's Grammy-winning "The Suburbs," but a captivating overall vibe and several stellar dance- and guitar-fueled tracks, combined with Win Butler's typically biting observations on societal malaise, make it more than worth spinning.

"Troublemaker," a song from the Scottish indie-poppers Camera Obscura, is a pleasantly jangling ditty that seems to call out for one of those videos that's all amber-hued shots of young people staring flirtily at each other.
Camera Obscura - "Break It To You Gently" Video
Scottish indie-pop band Camera Obscura dropped a new album, Desire Lines , in June, and have now released a video for that album's single "Break It To You Gently," in which a runaway shopping trolley takes a rolling tour of Glasgow.
