Sauce Boss to serve up gumbo and blues at Palladium
Bill Wharton, guitarist, cook and champion of the homeless, stirs a giant pot of gumbo that he and bandmates Jim Jenness and John Jones cooked for residents of the Pinellas Hope homeless shelter.
Aug. 14: Back by popular demand, it's Bob Night II, in which such local notables as Velma Frye, Bill Wharton, Mimi & the Hearn Dogs, Kid Hart, Scott Lee, Whitey Markle and host Grant Peeples offer tribute performances of the songs of Bob Dylan at The American Legion Hall.
