Can someone tell me what this means, "laying the groundwork for the successful post-racial candidacy of the bi-racial president."

Advisory: do not answer this question. On other threads, "Independent" has established himself as a liar and racist. He simply wants to attack anyone who offers a view which turns out to differ from his own.

ADVISORY: Pen Pal, AKA The Columnist, is a blow-hard-know-it-all who has established himself as a sock puppet/apologist for the Obama administration. He is a hypocrite and an intolerant liberal lunatic who labels ALL Republicans and others who oppose Obama's policies, as racists.
He simply wants to attack anyone who does not join him in bowing before the Obama altar or offers a view which differs from his own.

Hmmm, Bill Cosby is 100% black, BO is 1/2 black and 1/2 white, so tell me again what Bill Cosby and BO have in common?

Do not reply to Pen Pal, Parent of the Student, The Columnist or any other of the many names that Doc Hays and his sock puppets use. Hays is a lying, know-it-all hypocrite with a huge ego. His opinions trump all others and, according to him anyway, his credentials are intimidating.

Being an American, I doubt that Crsby is 100% Black. Smart, articulate, funny, outstanding role models, patriotic, healers, moral, well educated, dedicated family men, leaders, experts in their fields, disciplined,....I'm sure there is a lot more.

Well isn't it pretty funny BO only recognizes 1/2 of his heritage. I have great respect for Bill Cosby, he spoke up about the high percentage of black men impregnating women and walking away. I don't remember hearing that from BO. Bill Cosby is absolutely hysterical and BO isn't. Bill Cosby is an expert in his field, what field other than community organizer is BO an expert in?

Try, try again..........

"BO only recognizes 1/2 of his heritage." What in the hell are you talking about? That is about as dumb & ignorant a statement I have read.

President Obama is a constitutional law expert....he taught it. He is an expert at communications and a best selling author. His successes have proven he is an expert politician.

"Bill Cosby is absolutely hysterical and BO isn't." Humor is very subjective. I find them both tremendously funny....even though reality dictates completely different styles. President Obama doesn't have the time to do a well rehearsed TV sit com, comedy album, or stage show. He just relies on the one liners in the speeches, and quick wit for responses. I have no doubt that if President Obama had wanted to spend years learning the craft he could have been just as successful as Cosby.

In reality, he has the intelligence, quick wit, self-discipline, and the self-confidence to succeed at ANYTHING he wanted to dedicate himself to pursuing.

PlacitassRoy, is this yet another example of Mister Transparency's handiwork? This clown should get a Nobel prize for lying!

"The Obama campaign's press strategy leading up to his election last November focused on "making" the media cover what the campaign wanted and on exercising absolute "control" over coverage, White House Communications Director Anita Dunn told an overseas crowd early this year.

In a video of the event, Dunn is seen describing in detail the media strategy used by then-Sen. Barack Obama's highly disciplined presidential campaign. The video is footage from a Jan. 12 forum hosted by the Global Foundation for Democracy and Development in the Dominican Republic."

PlacitasRoy, understanding what you read is important. NJbred ask what they had in common, not what qualities Crosby has.

Obama, is dumb, liar, con man, lacks leadership, unpatriotic, no morals, lacks common sense, amatuer, no expertise in his job, undisciplined, and there is a whole lot more.

His teleprompter and writers should get the award. When asked a question, he gets befuddled.

Maybe you are right, it took only 11 days for him to receive the Nobel Peace prize and tarnished the many women and men who actually worked an accomplished something worthy of a prize.

I have to agree with PlacitasRoy on one point. Watching Obama deal with the responsilities of his office is hilarious! If it wasn't for the fact that his Keystone Kops antics risk converting the U.S. into some 3rd world country, I'd be lauging my head off. I bet Chavez, Castro, Zelaya and Putin all think he's a hoot!

BECK, DRUDGE, WND, FOX NATION FALSELY ACCUSE DUNN OF ADMITTING WHITE HOUSE "CONTROL" OVER NEWS MEDIA

WorldNetDaily, followed by the Drudge Report and Fox Nation, falsely claimed that during a January 12 speech, White House communications director Anita Dunn boasted about the White House's "control" over the media. In fact, Dunn was discussing the Obama campaign's strategy for controlling the campaign's message, not the media; moreover, her comments were made before Obama had taken office and before she became communications director.....Dunn's speech given before Obama took office, and before Dunn was named communications director. Dunn's comments reportedly came during an event hosted by the Global Foundation for Democracy and Development on January 12, before Obama had taken office. Dunn was named the White House's interim communications director in April.

Hit the button too quickly - "Dunn was describing the campaign's direct video method. In her speech, Dunn discussed ways in which the Obama campaign attempted to disseminate its message directly to the media. One of those methods was by recording its own videos and sending them directly to supporters. She said of that strategy:

DUNN: A huge part of our press strategy was focused on making the media cover what Obama was actually saying as opposed to, you know, why the campaign was saying it, what the tactic was, that we -- we had a huge premium both on message discipline, on people in the campaign not leaking to reporters and people in the campaign not discussing our strategy, and also on making the press cover what we were saying.

So we, you know, one of the reasons we did so many of the David Plouffe videos was not just for our supporters, but also because it was a way for us to get our message out without having to actually talk to reporters; we just put that out there and make them write what Plouffe had said as opposed to Plouffe doing an interview with a reporter. So it was very much we controlled it, as opposed to the press controlled it." http://mediamatters.org/research/200910190025

Only a mental midget would be so ignorant to think that from the time President Obama took office and the Nobel Prize was announced was only 11 days.

FYI-It was 262 days between 1-20 & Oct 9 whne the award was announce.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Virgo

Someone is being headstrong and wilful, and absolutely determined to do what they want. Mercury is retrograde and it's a Full Moon in Cancer with a lunar eclipse all happening tonight! This could lead to some heated discussions and possibly even rows, as you argue the toss back and forth. It might be best to accept that there's very little possibility of reaching an agreement rather than to get locked in a stubborn battle of wills. Besides, you don't want anything to spoil what promises to be a very enjoyable New Year's Eve. Have fun!
