Governor Schwarzenegger Signs Jason Flatt Act to Help Prevent Youth Suicide
Today Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger signed the Jason Flatt Act, SB 1378 by Senator Robert Dutton , which seeks to help prevent youth suicide.
