Aretha Franklin announced Monday she has cancelled performances which were scheduled for next week in Chicago and Connecticut due to "treatment". She was supposed to perform at a special Corporate Night fundraiser with the Chicago Symphony on May 20 and at Connecticut's Foxwoods Resort and Casino May 26.
