Pharmacist refused to fill drug order for Anna Nicole Smith; called it 'pharmaceutical sucide'

Justice for Anna, I don't believe these docs were leaked. I believe the LA Times is doing what the press always do, petition the court to unseal these docs, so they may be disseminated to the public. That is their job.

That is a search warrant DOC for Anna's computers, not the arrest warrant doc which the articles are talking about the contents of Anna's computer.

I was thinking that earlier today and almost posted about it that we were never told where all the search warrants went.

I don't watch that show, their coverage and exploitation of Dannielynn at her Mom's grave turned me off for good..

But the pro Stern TMZ site did report about it.

Anna Nicole Smith and her psychiatrist were captured in film in various contorted sexual positions, according to new legal docs.

We reported this morning that the legal docs describe Anna Nicole and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich naked in a bathtub together. Authorities claim the two women had a personal relationship
"that crossed the boundaries of professionalism."

The documents are very specific: "One photo showed both naked women embracing while looking at the camera. In another photo, Dr. Eroshevich is sitting between Anna Nicole Smith's legs while Anna...was in a more reclined position.

In the third photo, Anna Nicole Smith has her ankles on each of Dr. Eroshevich's shoulders while they are holding hands and their clasped hands are resting in the area of Anna Nicole Smith's vagina posing for the camera."

More than a year ago we saw a photo of Anna Nicole and Dr. Eroshevich, naked in a bathtub with a sex toy nearby. We did not publish the photo.

Also, notice they contacted Eroshevich and attorney and also Kapoor and attorney for comment, but NO mention of contacting Howard or his attorney for comment. Comments from both Kapoor and Eroshevich's attorneys, but not even a "NO comment" from Howard or his attorney.

9:45 am: The trial is starting.

9:27 am: They have handed out a felony complaint. Stern is now named in all 11 counts of prescribing, administering, and dispensing controlled substances to an addict. This is the second amended felony complaint.

9:20 am: Stern and Kapoor chat in open court. Stern looks nervous. Eroshevich is sitting away from them with private investigator John Nazarian.

8:45 am: Eroshevich and Kapoor have arrived in court. The two (along with Stern) have pleaded not guilty. Stern’s lawyer Steve Sadow is present as are Adam Braun, Eroshevich’s lawyer, and Ellyn Garafalo, Sadeep’s lawyer. District attorney Rennee Rose is also in the room.

It is about time a Pharmacist spoke up to a physician prescribing unethically and possibly illegally. I believe Pharmacists should prescribe and physicians should diagnos.
