CHEMIST FEARED FOR SMITH'S LIFEDrugs prescribed to ANNA NICOLE SMITH in the weeks before her death amounted to "pharmaceutical suicide", according to leaked documents. A pharmacist has reportedly told officials probing the former model's passing in 2007 that he was so concerned at the amount of medications the star was taking, he eventually refused to fill her prescriptions. He even began fearing for Smith's life, adding: "They are going to kill her with this." The unidentified pharmacist's comments are contained in unsealed documents leaked to the Los Angeles Times. He is adamant he warned Smith's internist, Sandeep Kapoor, that the level of medications she was taking were potentially fatal. Investigators have also reportedly uncovered evidence that both Kapoor and psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich had sexual contact with Smith. Kapoor, Eroshevich, and Smith's boyfriend Howard K. Stern pleaded not guilty in May (09) to conspiring to illegally provide her with controlled substances. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for next month (Oct09). 22 September 2009 12:21 Tags: Anna Nicole Smith Justice for Anna We know who likes to "leak" sealed documents. We know who is trying to get this case closed before it starts. We know who likes to stall court cases. We know who is trying to claim this case is nothing more than a smear campaign. We know who is trying to say the arrest are from stolen computers. Who would benefit from releasing this "sealed" info to LA Times? Who,other than the DA, has this "sealed" info? I find it very strange that this article came out just days before the already stalled prelim is to start. |

1 Since you are questioning the article that states they were leaked, and stating as a FACT on the other thread they were NOT, why don't you show proof they were NOT leaked and provide the DOCs? |

2 Why don't you enlighten us with other information in the DOCs that has yet to be reported? LA times FIRST reported the DOCs unsealed, AP picked up the story and other media followed No one has added new info from the "unsealed" Docs only what LA Times reported. So, maybe you would like to be the one to add new info, being as you are claiming you have them. Harvey is pretty good about adding Docs or revealing new info, wonder why he did not put them up or add anything new? Posted Sep 22nd 2009 9:19AM by TMZ Staff http://www.tmz.com/category/anna-nicole-smith... Harvey, an attorney, is very careful in the language used for this article. A pharmacist told Anna Nicole Smith the drugs her internist prescribed to cope with her son's death were "pharmaceutical suicide," according to just released documents. According to the document, obtained by the L.A. Times, three pharmacists refused to fill the prescriptions Eroshevich and Kapoor had written. One of the pharmacists claims he reacted by saying to himself, "They are going to kill her with this." |

Ongoing investigations into the star's 2007 death have put Smith's physician Sandeep Kapoor in the spotlight, amid claims he ignored medical dangers by providing an array of powerful and addictive drugs to a woman with a history of substance abuse.
In court documents "leaked" to the Los Angeles Times newspaper, four doctors are under scrutiny for their dealings with Smith, but the investigation zeros in on Kapoor, and the actress/model's former next door neighbour Khristine Eroshevich. State prescription records, contained in the documents, show Kapoor prescribed Smith sedatives and painkillers, often in quantities far beyond medical standards. http://www.hollywood.com/news/Anna_Nicole_was... |

Now that the criminal trial against Anna Nicole Smith’s doctors is moving forward, more details are coming out about Anna, her drug use and her inappropriate relationships with her medical caretakers. Papers filed by the State of California claim that Anna’s psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich and internist Sandeep Kapoor both had inappropriate sexual contact with their patient. Authorities found pictures of Anna and Khristine naked, embracing each other in a bathtub as well as video of Anna with Kapoor. Who takes a bubble bath with their doctor? Unless it’s Patrick Dempsey, of course. 1 There is NO information for you to fetch. Only ONE direct source states the Docs were "unsealed," but many sources in their own words are stating they were "Leaked" or "obtained by" LA Times. I'm sure FOX and other news agencies would have their own copy if they were "unsealed" as of yet, NOT one mentions reading the Docs or having the Docs, only reporting what LA times has released. It's called Research 101. Don't believe the first thing you read or hear, investigate for yourself. |

Anna Nicole Smith Death a "Pharmaceutical Suicide"
Posted September 22nd, 2009 by fashiongossip The late Anna Nicole Smith had 11 different medications in her hotel room when she died, all prescribed by one doctor, according to the Los Angeles Times. Court documents reveal that a Valley Village, Calif., pharmacist refused to fill an order for six potent substances faxed by Anna Nicole Smith's psychiatrist. "Pharmaceutical suicide," the pharmacist called it. "They're going to kill her with this," the unidentified specialist said, per the investigation into her death. Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, whose name was on all 11 meds, had written prescriptions for two sedatives, 300 tablets of methadone, a muscle relaxer, an anti-inflammatory drug and four bottles of a painkiller nicknamed "hospital heroin." She has since been indicted along with another doctor and Smith's companion Howard K. Stern for allegedly furnishing the late Playboy model with drugs. The D.A. has singled out Stern as Smith's principal enabler. The investigation into the death of Anna Nicole Smith (1967-2007) is still ongoing. The order had come in days after Smith's 20-year-old son, Daniel, died. The pharmacist called Smith's internist to say he had no intention of filling them. Objections from two other pharmacists were also noted by the investigators, who have found evidence indicating that Eroshevich and fellow suspect Dr. Sandeep Kapoor both engaged in inappropriate sexual conduct with Smith. That's just beyond strange. A preliminary hearing in the case, which has been investigated for over two years and eerily similar to the death of Michael Jackson, is set for next month. Larry Birkhead, pimp and father to Smith's adorable daughter Dannielynn, is among those close to Anna Nicole who are on the prosecution's witness list. http://www.fashion.ie/aggregator/gossip/20604... |

1 Stern is still, BY FAR, the WORST for me of all these. WHO found these idiots for Anna? She was a ninth grade drop out who couldn't do anything for herself. These people ARE DISGUSTING. Thank God for Jerry Brown! I hope this sleazy bunch spend as much time in prison as a jury can throw at them. |

1 No thanks to anyone, it was all going to come out regardless. Prelim is set for Oct 5 th. It would benefit Howard more than anyone to have it "leaked" just before the prelim. |
