This man stole $3000 from my husband and I when he was a "contractor". He signed a fraudulent contract and never showed up for work. He also falsified statements with the Better Business Bureau (and has a large number of consumer complaints) and tried to accuse us of fraud. Kevin Paige Contstruction Company has many many shady dealings.

can you prove all these accucations against this man. if so then why hasn't he been prosecuted?BECAUSE YOU CANT PROVE THIS!

Its funny how people cant b happy for a guy who does good he repersents lowell hes a resident and rite away nuts like you with no substance or sense come out of the wood work i agree with the woman from florida , you should watch what you say and print,....

shame on you lady from canton.when kevin did our house and 2 friends of mines, he went out of his way for us and still does whenever we call him , he also worked around the clock during the floods, thats how we meet him you should be happy that a lowellian did something good, the old saying is rite if you dont have nothing nice to say well you know the rest'''' good job kevin;;;;

It's really as simple as showing you the before and after pictures of my house; NOTHING was done. Kevin had the gall to threaten my family with legal action.

Beej, I feel for you if that is the case, I have had that happen to me in the past but, I would be very careful posting things on a public site like this because before you know it, you will be the one being brought to court for slander and deflamation. Sometimes I feel as though if you live a good life and do things the right way you finish last. Hope you got your renovations done by someone who did the job right.

Shame on all you people for critizing this woman cause some peice of #*it screwed her out of three grand. Bad guys seem to always finish first why is that?

If it were nearly anybody else, I would be jumping at the opportunity to say congratulations. If there were an issue with my posting, hopefully a moderator would have censored it by now...this is an open forum and I often see many questionable and vulgar things said about people, especially when it comes to religion and race.

We were put in a lot of hardship and stress by what happened. It isn't nonsense, it is only fact - I haven't said Mr. Paige is this or that....just posted fact of what happened to me, things that could be verified on paper (his handwriting in fact). Newspapers, such as the Sun, are quick to dig up details on various people that are based upon public documentation (whether good or bad, take Kazanjian for example), so what I have stated is not out of line.

Mr. Paige ceased communicating with us despite multiple and exaughstive attempts. I feel like we needed our voice heard.

Kevin please go back to building walls. youre fiftheen minutes of fame are over.
