The Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit against United States Investigations Services, or USIS, the company that handled the background checks of National Security Agency leaker and former Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. employee Edward Snowden and Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis, the Associated Press reported.
