Bill Heck , Aaron Krohn and Gayle Rankin are among the actors announced Dec. 9 for the now-complete cast of the Broadway revival of Sam Mendes and Rob Marshall 's Tony-winning production of Cabaret , which will begin previews March 21, 2014.
