Warren Oates was a super actor.

I was not aware of a B & C remake.

I've been
a fan of the 30's gangster era black & white movies & series since
"The Untouchables", most movies actually made in the late 30's with players like Edward G. Robinson, Bogie, George Raft, and the like.

I think if not for the Untouchables series, the motivation for Bonnie & Clyde in 1968 w/ Faye Dunaway & Warren Beatty may have been overstepped.

That is a great movie.

Bring on the classic gangster movies.
