Portland man missing from hospital

Police are asking the public to help find a missing Portland man. Charles Edward Johnson, 70, was last seen at Providence Milwaukie Hospital on at 10:20 a.m. on Aug. 2. He left the hospital and has not returned to his southeast Portland residence.
