CARACAS, Venezuela : Venezuelan police have arrested three suspects in the killing of a student leader who helped organize protests against a constitutional rewrite proposed by President Hugo Chavez.

" Iranian Industries and Mines Minister Ali-Akbar Mehrabian announced here on Sunday that the country has commissioned hundreds of millions of dollars worth of industrial projects in Venezuela.
