it is not only not an offense for a lawyer to lie during proceedings, it is commendable and good and an obvious indication of zealous representation. thus saith our beloved and thoroughly depraved judiciary. is this applicable to pro-se litigants? i thought it was. isn't there some other unethical, immoral, degenerate excuse you guys can bestow upon yourselves?

The felons who exchanged kids for cash in Luzerne County will not enjoy judicial immunity, or at least they shouldn't based on the Amicus Brief submitted by judges and others rejecting its application in this situation. They argue since these corrupt judges already admitted to criminal conduct on the bench, immunity doesn't protect them. As usual, our legal experts have gotten all tangled up in their shorts. They shouldn't be immune because a crime is a crime. If they hadn't already acknowledged their guilt, then their behavior would have to be considered acceptable, incontestable? I am in the wrong business. Just imagine what I could do if I could count on immunity. It is time to run for judge.
