Because of the shortage, women and their doctors are turning to unsafe practices-using the wrong cup size or buying implants that are of lesser quality, NBC News reports .

Based on his calculations , by next September 2015 there will be between 1.1 million and 2.3 million deaths worldwide from the Ebola virus.
