President Donald Trump signed legislation on Tuesday authorizing the 285-foot-long riverboat immortalized in poems and songs to cruise again along the Mississippi and several other rivers. The Delta Queen was sidelined in 2008 by a federal law prohibiting overnight excursions on wooden vessels.

This is excellent news !!
As far as I know, a concern has been on board fires at night with people being trapped. Well the hull is steel & it plies only rivers. How long does it take to ground a large boat on a river that has enough draft that it typically MUST stay in the channel?

Anonymous is one of those people that employers don’t want. He has some basic IT skills that are useful but he doesn’t not have the management and people skills required to advance beyond the level of contract computer “geek”. He blames his professional failure on others rather than attempting to improve his skill sets. Because of this he can only find low level short term contract IT support jobs no matter how strong the economy is. He really should look into a civil service position where he can be well paid, have job security and not have to do much or be accountable for anything.
