Op-Ed Contributor - The Court Changes the Game

Full story: www.nytimes.com

THE law of employment discrimination today is not what it was before 10 a.m. Monday, when the Supreme Court ruled against the City of New Haven for scrapping a fire department promotional exam that appeared to favor white test-takers. "Appeared" is in the eyes of New Haven. Did you ever read equal rights laws. It goes from equal to forcing people to give those of color more opportunity. Im amazed this doesnt come out alot more. Equal rights is not equal at all. How could any test favor one race. Did it ask them are you white?, you get extra points? Thats rediculous. It cant favor them. New Haven simply didnt get the results they wanted for their unequal rights. I grew up in New Haven, and Im so dissappointed in how much its changed sense I left. But I am glad I left.

It doesn't come out more because news organizations like the NY Times suppress the truth. Dr. Thomas Sowell explains it all quite clearly and extensively in his book on Civil Rights.

What the article forgets to mention.... Is that it was a group of not only White Firefighters who brought the law suit.... But Hispanic Firefighters as well.....

Media hype is all this topic really is.
