Paulson Says New Financial Rules Needed

I really like Paulson. I supported his run for the presidency however many years ago that was. He's such a funny man.

He is in a unique situation....Does anyone follow the rules we already have?

So now they need regulating? I the the Reublicans were fine with deregulation and privatizatiion? Now we have more corporate welfare with tax dollars bailing out Wall St.

This is a new era for The Treasury Department and Federal Reserve, opening government coffers to bestow hundreds of billions of taxpayer's dollars to give to Wall Street's biggest financial multinationals in order to postpone the big reckoning.

Ya think they need some new regulation? How bout..."Don't loan more money than is secured by the item used as security, to people who don't make enough to ever pay it back?" Seems easy enough....

I would like my own bank personnaly....This International stuff is for the birds...The big corporations just used the peoples money to get rich, privitaze and run...
