Retired USFS workers say Lochsa basin land swap is a raw deal
Feb. 28--A group of retired U.S. Forest Service employees is lobbying against expected legislation that would exchange an unknown amount of public land for about 39,000 acres of private land in the upper Lochsa River basin.
