Well as it stands in the House Bill cap-and-trades
for Reforestation, will be bought up by some Energy
Hegdgefunds/Derivatives down OTC/NYSE short betting
that coal fired power plants, and coal miners will
be laid off, using cap-and trades as Energy Investmentt Trades instruments, much like the doomed to fail 2.5 million sub-primes papers, sold/insured, and resold as bogus REIT's in the last 10 years! These EIT's in essence will make
now cheap coal a futures commodity, competing with oil/natural gas, as some NEW coal plants under the regulatory House Bill will be forced to convert to oil/natural gas thus raising again oil/gasoline
to $144/barrel {42 gallons/barrel}, natural gas {CH4}for cooking/heating going through the roof, and gasoline back up to $5/gallon!!
Yes the GOP has a right to scrutinize the House
Bill, and any Senate Bill amendments, as well as Democrats, and Independents!
