First off, 31 is not considered young for a seat as a city councilperson.(sorry babe, can't use the "Vote for me, I am young!" card.) Second, A ferry would be great! But just where do you propose to get the funds for all these great ideas? Considering you are planning on cutting one source of city income by eliminating the system now used for business-tax increases. The state sure won't throw in for it.

Happy to see a fresh face who will add some diverse thinking. This should make for some healthy discourse, and hopefully challenge Benicia's status quo, predominantly white, middle class, soccer mom/dad, not in our town, attitudes, if nothing else.

I see "Good idea" thinks we need a change from those evil predominantly white, middle class, soccer mom/dads who seem to make up the population of Benicia...I quite agree, lets replace them with Vallejo hoodlum gangbanger types, that will much improve Benicia, and keep the nights entertaining too with police sirens going constantly.
