Well, this makes everything clear as mud. The letter claims that CIA director Leon Panetta recently testified that top CIA officials knowingly misled Congress for years -- and that there are other recent cases of deception.

Seven Democratic members of the House Intelligence Committee wrote to CIA Director Leon Panetta in late June and asked him to "publicly correct" his May 15 statement that it is not the "policy or practice of the agency to mislead Congress," a copy of the letter obtained by FOX News shows.
