Gregorio Sablan D- Northern Mariana Islands , issued the following news release: The U.S. House of Representatives passed a long-delayed farm and food policy bill today, including $32.5 million aimed at bringing the full benefit of the national food stamp program, SNAP, to families in the Northern Marianas.
