He wants to give free money to the marinas but yet he voted against supporting GM and the BANKS. He wants to support those big donors but what about the employees of the boat manufactures in Monticello, the mom and pop grocery store owners, the hotel operators, the restaurants, and all the others who are loosing money in this recession? He also is against increase funding for children's health care in Kentucky.
Is it because the marina owners are big givers to ole Hal's campaign war chest? Naw..........
